The report said that speculators have almost destroyed the sugar market, speculators need to be arrested under MPO, sugar mills, dealers, brokers, speculators have sold expensive sugar. 55 to 56 billion rupees stolen, there are five or six brokers and dealers in Harmal selling small sugar.


It should be noted that the increase in the price of sugar in the country continues even after the double century and one kg of sugar is available at Rs 225 in Quetta, Rs 200 in Peshawar and Rs 185 to 200 in Karachi.

  On Saturday, Islamabad Sessions Court Judge Humayun Dilawar Toshakhana heard the case. The hearing of the Tosha Khana case had to be adjourned three times.

When the hearing started for the third time, the court gave the above decision. Later, the Sessions Court Islamabad issued the written decision of Additional Sessions Judge Humayun Dilawarka against Chairman PTI in Tosha Khana case.

Sessions Judge Humayun Dilawar issued a 4-point judgment in the Tosha Khana case, in which it has been said that no one has argued the plea of the accused to make the case arguable.

On the grounds of hearing on 5th May and 8th July, the application is rejected.

  The complainant has produced satisfactory evidence and the evidence given by the complainant proves the allegations against Chairman PTI.

  Chairman PTI submitted false record to Election Commission.

The court order stated that false records of gifts taken from Tosha Khana in 2018-19 and 2019-20 were submitted.

In 2020-21, false records were also submitted regarding Form B.

  Chairman PTI misused the gifts taken from the national treasury, the record of the gifts taken from Tosha Khana proved to be false.

There is no doubt about the dishonesty of Chairman PTI.

  The information provided by Chairman PTI later proved to be false, the malice of the accused has been revealed beyond any doubt.

  Chairman PTI is punished under Section 174 of the Election Act.

It has been said in the court decision that the Chairman PTI is sentenced to 3 years imprisonment and a fine of one lakh rupees.

After being sentenced in the Tosha Khana case, a police team reached Zaman Park, the former prime minister's residence in Lahore.

  Sources say that the former prime minister has been kept in a high security zone.

  The security of the lock-up will be done by prison police commandos, the personnel posted near the lock-up will be unarmed.

The lock-up has a door, a window, a water cooler, a chair and a mattress.

  There will be no TV or internet facility in the lock-up.

  A separate washroom has been allocated for the former Prime Minister.

  On the other hand, the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf has approached the Lahore High Court against the arrest of the former prime minister.

On behalf of the former Prime Minister, Umar Khan Niazi filed an application in the Lahore High Court.

  In which IG Punjab, CCPO Lahore and others have been made parties.

The position taken in the petition is that the Chairman PTI was illegally detained by the police.

The former prime minister has been abducted, the police had no decision.

It was requested from the Lahore High Court that the court should schedule the application for hearing today.

  The High Court declared the arrest of the former prime minister illegal by the Punjab Police.

Meanwhile, 25 workers who protested against the arrest of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan at his residence Zaman Park Lahore were arrested.

After the arrest of Imran Khan, PTI workers are protesting in different cities of the country.

  The police have so far arrested 33 people during operations in different cities of the country

  The spokesperson of Tehreek-e-Insaf has said in his reaction to the arrest of the party chairman that he rejects the biased decision of the Additional District and Sessions Judge in the Toshakhana case.

  The decision will be challenged before the Supreme Court, another black mark was placed on the forehead of the justice system through the Tosha Khana case.

  The spokesperson of Tehreek Ansaaf said that the trial was conducted in the most absurd manner in history.

  In this worst trial in history, an attempt was made to kill justice at the hands of a biased and morally corrupt judge.

  The trial judge blindfolded with bias blindfolded the facts of the case with a specific agenda.

Sessions Court's decision is the worst example of political revenge and engineering.

A shameful invasion of the Republic and democracy was made through a flawed, ridiculous and without solid legal basis decision.

The judge's decision is a desperate attempt to achieve the ambitious goals of the London Plan, such as a level playing field.

Jinnah House attack case , JIT investigation completed , Chairman PTI declared guilty

Chairman PTI's statement before the JIT proved to be inconsistent with the evidence, 

the statements of other leaders are also contrary to the facts. 

The geofencing report has proved the presence of the suspects named and arrested in ten cases at sensitive facilities. 

The investigation report will be submitted to the court soon.

The Joint Investigation Team (JIT) completed the investigation of the incidents of May 9 and prepared a report. 

In the Jinnah House attack case number 96/23, the named accused including Chairman PTI were found guilty. 

The police investigation said that the planning and execution of the named accused in the Jinnah House incident was proved. Tages, mobile contacts were proved. 

According to the report, PTI Chairman's statement before the JIT was proved to be contradictory to the evidence. 

The statements of other leaders appearing before the JIT were also proved to be contrary to the facts.

The calls of PTI leaders were also proved in the mobile call records. 

The geofencing report proved the presence of the suspects named and arrested in ten cases at sensitive facilities.

Pakistan's complex and changing political history

Pakistan is a state that was created after the separation from British India in 1947. It has a complex and changing history that includes a conflict between democracy and dictatorship, dynastic rule and military rule, poverty and development, war and peace. Its history is full of political instability, military coups and acts of terrorism. Pakistan's political history dates back to British India. Britain occupied India in 1857 and made it a colony. Indians revolted several times against the British rule, but they were not successful. In 1947, Britain partitioned India into two parts, Pakistan and India. was established as a separate state.

After the independence of Pakistan, it has faced many political difficulties and crises, there have been 33 governments since 1947, the crises include the Bangladesh war of 1971, the martial law of 1988 and the political crisis of 2008. Along with military coups, the biggest challenge was terrorist acts. Acts of terrorism started in Pakistan from the 1980s and continue till date. Acts of terrorism have caused great pain to the people of Pakistan including destroying its economy, but it has always overcome these difficulties, overcome all crises and paved the way to become a strong and stable republic. It has the potential to be successful in the future as well.

The current political system of Pakistan is a parliamentary republic with the President as the head of state and the Prime Minister as the head of government. Parliament consists of two houses, the National Assembly and the Senate. There are 342 members in the National Assembly, who are elected for five years. The Senate has 104 members, of whom 23 are elected by the Provincial Assemblies, 63 are elected by the Upper House, and 18 are appointed by the President.

The political parties of Pakistan represent different political beliefs. The major political parties of the country include Tehreek-e-Insaaf, Muslim League-N, Pakistan People's Party, other political parties include Jamaat-e-Islami, Muttahida Qaumi Movement Pakistan.

Pakistan is a Muslim majority country located in South Asia. It is bordered by India to the east, Iran and Afghanistan to the west, China to the north and the Bay of Bengal to the south. Pakistan has a total area of 881,913 square kilometers (340,509 sq mi), making it the 36th largest country in the world. Pakistan has a population of over 220 million, making it the 21st most populous country in the world.

  Pakistan's first government was a democratic one, but in 1958, General Ayub Khan staged a military coup and took power. After General Ayub Khan, General Muhammad Ziaul Haq, General Pervez Musharraf and General Ashfaq Maryam also held military governments.

Democracy came back to Pakistan in 1988. Pakistan has had three democratic governments since then, the government of Benazir Bhutto from 1988 to 1993, the government of Nawaz Sharif from 1993 to 1999, and the government of Yousuf Raza Gilani from 2008 to 2013.

In 2013, a new constitution was enacted in Pakistan. This constitution is a democratic constitution which guarantees balance of powers, fundamental rights and freedoms.

Pakistan is a challenging country, but it is also a developing country. Pakistan's economy is growing rapidly, and its population is young and educated. Pakistan has many potentials, and has the potential to become a prosperous and peaceful country.
